Mainsail will conduct initial due diligence on your site and if the site meets the initial requirements to host a NIF, we will enter into a Purchase Option Agreement (POA) with you for the site. During the term of the POA, Mainsail will pay you regular, quarterly option fees, and conduct detailed remote and on-site due diligence including site design and engineering, site surveys, environmental studies, power and utilities studies, geotech and soils studies, and outreach to local and state authorities responsible for entitlements including permits and approvals.
